Catch it every 30 minutes or less from the airport and enjoy a delightful 1 hour and 2-minute ride. And let’s not forget about the cost – a regular ticket will only set you back 12.50€. Plus, once you arrive at the conveniently located Lucerne Hauptbahnhof, you’ll be right in the heart of all the action.

RENAISSANCE LUCERNE HOTEL: If you love Marriott hotels as much as we do, this is a great choice! The prices are often reasonable depending on when you visit and the hotel is in a great central location. I do have to admit the interior was a little too modern for our taste.
HOTEL BEAU SÉJOUR LUCERNE: A darling boutique hotel with 28 beautifully unique rooms. The property can be found within walking distance of Lake Lucerne.
HOTEL SCHWEIZERHOF LUZERN: Considered the best luxury hotel in Lucerne, and just doing a quick google search on the best hotels in Lucern it’s easy to see why.
The coolest time to hit up Lucerne? December! I mean, have you SEEN the Lucerne Christmas markets? They’re insane!!

Located in Lucerne’s Old Town, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping mile and still indulge in the magic of the season. And it’s totally decked out with hundreds of lights.

Hold onto your taste buds and wallets! From 17 November to 23 December 2023, Inseli Park is about to get a whole lot tastier and more colorful.
