We stayed at the dreamiest spot perched right above the ocean—and from our balcony, we actually saw whales 🐳

Between the fireplace, the ocean views, and the quiet vibe, this was hands-down one of our favorite stays ever 🙌🏻

No one’s talking about this tiny town in Canada where lupins take over every summer!!!

Trinity, Newfoundland, might just be one of the dreamiest places to visit in early summer 🪻

The whole town is covered in lupins. It seriously feels like a real-life wildflower fairytale. 🏡✨

We visited in late July last year and were lucky enough to catch the very tail end of the bloom. So if you want to see them at their peak, plan for late June to mid-July! 🗓️

⚠️ Pro tip: avoid stepping into the lupin fields! Some surrounding weeds can cause skin irritation (I learned that the hard way 😅)

The White Pass & Yukon Route Railway in Skagway, Alaska is UNREAL with glaciers and waterfalls—it’s like stepping into a postcard! 🏔️🚞

How to Visit:
✅ Getting to Skagway: Most visitors arrive by cruise, but you can also fly into Juneau and take a ferry or drive the scenic Klondike Highway from Canada.
✅ Book in Advance: Tickets sell out fast—reserve through the White Pass website or as a shore excursion.
✅ Best Time to Go: May–September for clear skies and stunning views.

If you’re not into jaw-dropping coastal views that look straight out of Ireland, then skip Cobbler’s Path Trail in Newfoundland… 😉

But seriously—this hike blew us away!

We almost didn’t do it after seeing the 7.4-mile length and “hard” rating on AllTrails. But plot twist: the iconic cliffside viewpoint is just over a mile in! 🙌 So yes, you get epic views without a full-on trek.

It turned out to be one of the best surprises of our Newfoundland trip—and if dramatic ocean cliffs and wide-open coastal views are your thing, this trail needs to be on your itinerary. 🌊🇨🇦

🌟 Tip: Go early for fewer crowds and better light!

Why yes, this is the most adorable town in Portugal: 📍Óbidos

I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but Óbidos was definitely the highlight of our 7 days in Portugal.

Óbidos is a beautifully preserved medieval town.

Enclosed within ancient castle walls, Óbidos is known for its narrow cobblestone streets, charming whitewashed houses adorned with vibrant flowers, and historical landmarks!

You will want to make sure you carve out at least 3 hours to explore this charming little town!

And rest assured, it’s small enough you can take your time strolling the streets and enjoying the lovely local shops!
